Full papers describing original research. Suggested size is four pages; papers up to six pages will be accepted. Papers will be fully peer reviewed and, if accepted, included in conference proceedings and will be submitted to the Xplore Digital Library as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. Extended versions of selected papers may be considered for publication in Journal. - All papers must conform, at time of submission, to the IEEE Formatting Guidelines. Please use either this Word Template or this LaTeX package. Make sure that you use US letter page format. - IEEE takes the protection of intellectual property seriously.
