Dear Colleagues,

I kindly invite you to contribute with original scientific papers at IWSSS 2024, the 12th edition of the International Workshop on Systems Safety & Security, which will take place on 27-28 June 2024, in conjunction with the ECAI 2024 conference at  "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University of Iasi - Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Iasi, Romania.

The workshop themes are increasingly crucial in the global political, military, and economic context. Its topics relate to the security and safety of systems, which are key components of critical infrastructures such as energy production and distribution, water and wastewater management, defense, healthcare providers, transportation systems, and communications.

The papers presented in the previous editions were of exceptional quality, published in IEEE Xplore, and indexed by SCOPUS. Notably, the papers from the 2013 to 2020 editions were also indexed by the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science (ISI), further attesting to their high standard.

Workshop topics include, but are not limited to:
