About the Workshop

The Internet of Things (IoT) is revolutionizing multiple sectors, but developing and managing these complex systems remains a significant challenge. Model-Driven Engineering (MDE) offers systematic approaches for tackling heterogeneity, scalability, and security through abstraction, automation, and domain-specific modeling.

MoDIoT 2025 aims to bring together researchers and practitioners to explore cutting-edge solutions, methodologies, and tools that use model-based techniques to address challenges in IoT development.

Topics of Interest (include, but are not limited to):

Model-Based Software Engineering for the Internet of Things
Model-Based Testing for the Internet of Things
Model-Based Verification & Validation (V&V) for the Internet of Things
Domain-Specific Languages (DSLs) for the Internet of Things
Model-Based Edge Computing
Model-Based Sensor Networks
UAV Networks for the Internet of Things
Generative AI Modeling for the Internet of Things
