ABH 2027 – 2nd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain in Healthcare
22–23 July 2027, Rome, Italy https://abh.scitevents.org Organised by INSTICC, in conjunction with SECRYPT 2027, QUANTICS 2027, SIMULTECH 2027 and ICSBT 2027. SCOPE ABH brings together researchers, clinicians, engineers, regulators and industry practitioners working on the convergence of AI and blockchain in healthcare. The conference focuses on building intelligent, secure and equitable medical systems, with particular emphasis on ethics, governance, quality assurance and validation “by design” rather than as an afterthought. Contributions may be technical, clinical, regulatory, economic or educational. CONFERENCE AREAS 1. Blockchain Engineering in Healthcare 2. Quality Assurance and Testing 3. Governance by Design 4. AI in Education and Intelligent Learning Systems in Healthcare Topics of interest include (but are not limited to): healthcare-specific blockchain architectures and smart contracts; interoperability and scalability for medical data; testing, validation and verification of AI–blockchain systems; multi-stakeholder governance and patient-rights enforcement; privacy-preserving AI (federated learning, homomorphic encryption, zero-knowledge proofs); explainable AI for clinical decision support; agentic AI in clinical workflows; GDPR/HIPAA compliance by design; decentralised clinical trials; EHR enhancement and medical imaging with verified results; telemedicine and remote monitoring; healthcare supply chains; economic and tokenomic models; LLMs, RAG and knowledge graphs for healthcare; and AI in medical and healthcare education. SUBMISSION TYPES Regular papers (full research, 12 pages), position papers (short, 8 pages), doctoral consortium papers and abstracts-track submissions. Proposals for workshops, special sessions, tutorials, demos and panels are also welcome (deadline 1 March 2027). Proceedings are submitted for indexing to SCOPUS, Web of Science (CPCI), Engineering Index (EI), DBLP, Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar. Best paper awards will be presented. Selected papers will be invited to extend their work for journal special issues.
