After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE (979-8-3195-3880-2), and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus for indexing after publication. ---๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐--- Submission Deadline: October 14,2026 Notification of Acceptance: November 18,2026 Registration Deadline: December 3, 2026 Conference Dates: December 18-20, 2026 ---๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป--- 1.Author Participation: One accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately. 2.Keynote Speaker: Apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee. 3.Oral Presentation: Apply for an oral presentation, 10-15 minutes in duration.
