After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-8441-2) in the Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for IEEE Xplore、EI Compendex, Inspec and Scopus. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 6 pages.
