UN3E 2024: Ubiquitous Networking for Extreme Environments and Emergency cases Hasselt, Belgium, Avril 23-25, 2024 UN3E 2024 which is a part of ANT 2024 is technically co-sponsored by Procedia Computer hosted by Elsevier. The proceedings will be included in ScienceDirect. --------------------------------------------------------------- Conference website: https://un3e.github.io/UN3E-2024/ Submission link: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=un3e. Important Dates: Paper submission deadline: December 31, 2023 Acceptance notification: January 15, 2024 Camera-ready deadline: February 2, 2024 --------------------------------------------------------------- Scope: Extreme environments and emergency cases often pose unique challenges for communication and networking. In these situations, it is essential to have reliable and ubiquitous networking solutions that can support critical operations and save lives. For wireless networks it is even more the case as they can be unreliable due to their inherent lossiness, and sensor devices or mobile agents often face constraints such as limited battery capacity. The new UN3E workshop will bring the latest advances in research in ubiquitous networking for extreme environments and emergency cases. --------------------------------------------------------------- Topics of Interest (but not limited to): Wireless communications Communication in extreme environmental conditions Emergency situations / Early warning systems Wildlife monitoring Wireless multimedia networks Internet of things Internet of underwater things Internet of underground things Smartgrids and smart cities Unmanned aerial vehicles based wireless network Unmanned aerial vehicles and drones in emergency communications Networking response to climate change 5G, 6G & tactile internet Internet of things and machine-to-machine communications Lightweight security solutions Space-terrestrial integrated IoT Livestock monitoring Sensor networks for environmental monitoring Security of wireless networks assisted by Machine, Deep, and Reinforcement Learning Secure and efficient authentication, key management, and access Control in wireless network Vehicular networks For more information please visit the conference website: https://un3e.github.io/UN3E-2024/, or contact any of the Organizing members (Adriana Arteaga Arce (adriana.arteaga-arce@inria.fr), Aya Moheddine (aya.moheddine@inria.fr), Selma Yahia (selma.yahia@inria.fr) , Nina Santi (nina.santi@inria.fr), Jana Koteich (jana.koteich@inria.fr) and Damien Wohwe Sambo (damien.wohwe-sambo@inria.fr)) |
