CRITIS 2020 continues the tradition of bringing forth innovative research in the field of critical (information) infrastructures protection (C(I)IP), exploring ideas that address challenges to resilience and societal safety, and fostering dialogue with stakeholders.

CRITIS 2020 aims to bring together researchers, professionals from academia, critical (information) infrastructure operators, industry, defence and governmental organisations working in the field of security of critical (information) infrastructure systems.

Moreover, CRITIS 2020 aims to encourage and inspire early stage and open-minded researchers in this demanding multi-disciplinary field of research.

Multiple sessions on industry and practical experience reports, EU initiatives, and national testbeds for experimentation and research provide a forum for discussion among scientists and experts working on different projects in the C(I)IP domain.

Full papers and short papers are welcome for the technical track. All submissions will be subjected to a thorough double‐blind review by at least three reviewers. Accepted papers are to be included in post‐proceedings, published by Springer in their LNCS series. For 2020, the four main topic areas include (but are not limited to):

Topic 1: Protection of cyber-physical systems
Topic 2: Advances in C(I)IP organisation, management and legal aspects
