We are pleased to announce Conferences in Telematics and Computing WITCOM 2019. This year will be held in Merida, Yucatán, Mexico, it is organized by UPIITA-IPN, ANTACOM and CENTROGEO, hosted by Parque Científico Tecnológico Yucatán. In this edition the main tematics is Artificial Intelligence, Geospatial and Energy. WITCOM aims connect researchers, developers, entrepreneurs, industrials and government, to discuss and present trend topics and novelty systems based on interdisciplinary discussions and research. It provides an ideal forum where academics, researchers, industrial and practitioners can present their latest research and approaches and work in progress. Researchers, students, entrepreneurs and practitioners are invited to submit their contributions to WITCOM 2019. The accepted papers will be published in CCIS Series Springer Verlag (https://www.springer.com/series/7899).
