NATIONAL SEMINAR ON SAFETY IN CHEMISTRY LABORATORY 2014
The aim of present seminar series is to provide Basic laboratory and Chemical Safety awareness among students as well as staff. Anyone involved in laboratory can participate in this event. This event is not intended to address all safety issues, but rather to provide basic information about important components of safety in the chemistry laboratory and to serve as a resource to locate further information. Topics included in this seminar series are Fundamentals of Chemical and Biological Lab. Safety, Aspects of Chemical and Biological Security, Laboratory Design, Laboratory Ventilation and Chemical Hoods, Other Hazards in Chemical and Biological Labs, Management and Storage, Fire Prevention in Labs, Safe & Secure Transport of Chemicals, and Dual Use of Chemicals, Emergency Planning and Chemical Spill Response, Personal Protective Equipment. We invite you to participate in this seminar series.

Abstract Submission:
You may pre-register on conference website and send abstract of your paper/poster to kuldeep.singh@mmumullana.org. However, it is compulsory to register and send completely filled application form along with DD before closing date. MS-Word template are available online. One page (A4 size) abstract should include: The title of paper should be followed by author(s) name, affiliation, e-mail address, abstract, supporting figures and tables etc. You may send us your poster in pdf/JPG/PPT/Word formate for publication in abstract book/ souvenir.
