ISCTurkey 2012 International Conference is organized by Information Security
Association of Turkey in corporation with Information Technologies and
Communications Authority, Gazi University and the Middle East Technical
University (METU).

The main goals of this conference are to help people to
improve the awareness on information security and cryptology, to contribute to
increase the accumulation of scientific knowledge in this field, and to
enhance cooperation among scientists, institutions, organisations and
industries. ISCTurkey 2013 will be held at the GAZI University Congress
Centre, Ankara, Turkey, from May 23 to 24, 2013. Conference language is
both English and Turkish.

ISCTurkey 2013 is the most important event in this area. It is expected that
related scientific studies and sectoral developments done in Turkey and
around the world will be shared, cooperations among
university-government-industry is developed, the public is informed and
trained, and all scientists, researchers and industry practitioners exchange
their knowledge and experiences among themselves during the conference.

The main topic of this year's ISCTurkey 2013 is "Cloud System Security"
but also more subjects will be discussed at the conference such as Data
Privacy, Cryptology, Information Security, E-Governance Security, Public Key
Infrastructure, Information Forensics and Security, Sectoral Applications,
etc.

During the conference, in addition to scientific presentations and invited
speakers, a number of panels will be organised, tutorials and trainings in
specific subjects will be arranged, best practices will be shared, a CTF
competition will be prepared, and companies will demonstrate their products in
their stands.

We hope that the conference will contribute to improve the personal,
corporate, enterprise, national and international information security
concepts. Academics, researchers, sector representatives and other related
participants are respectfully invited to contribute to this conference.
