Given the Summit framework, Skoch Development Foundation calls for papers from domain experts, practitioners and academicians* for the 15th Thinkers & Writers Forum scheduled on 26th March 2013 at New Delhi that will provide an opportunity to the authors to present their papers to an elite gathering of delegates.

All the authors whose final papers are selected for will get a complimentary invitation for attending the 31st Skoch Summit. Authors can avail of grant-in-aid of up to INR 8,000 only to write and present the research papers during the Forum. Accommodation** for 2 nights will also be provided.
