CALL FOR PAPERS/CONTRIBUTION
Over the last half century the standard of education and research in Pakistan has seen a great decline. However, the culture of research in education and in other disciplines is slowly being enhanced through efforts both by government through HEC and by the private sector.
PARE Research Bulletin can be seen as one of the efforts by Pakistan Association for Research in Education (PARE) with a mission to provide a forum to educational researchers and practitioners to share research findings with colleagues, and to promote a vibrant educational research culture in Pakistan by sharing news and information related to it.

An editorial committee to publish a half yearly research bulletin was constituted at the conclusion of first PARE conference in November, 2008. The committee is pleased to announce the publication of its first volume 2009 in the month of August 2009.
The PARE research bulletin will be a peer reviewed research bulletin containing two educational research articles of 3000-4000 words, brief reports on recently held research events/conferences/projects, news of any forthcoming research event in Pakistan, information about PARE activities and events, and interviews of renowned researchers, educationists, and professionals
Guidelines for contributors
1. Manuscripts in English should be submitted both in soft and hard copy to the Editor, PARE research bulletin.
2. Manuscript should not accede to the word limit of 3000-4000 words including abstract of 150-200 words
3. The complete title of the article and the name of the author(s) should be typed on the first sheet only.
4. The contributors are advised to follow the latest Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, for formatting and referencing.
5. After a preliminary editorial review, articles will be sent to referees who have expertise in the subject of the article for blind review.
6. Manuscripts are accepted for consideration with the understanding that they are original material and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
7. The last date for the submission of articles, brief reports on recently held research events, and news of forthcoming research event in Pakistan is May 29, 2009
