The HCC'13 workshop is focused on human orientation and human factors for advances in computer science and its applications. It provides a forum for bringing together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry, and public sector in an effort to present their research work and share knowledge and experiences of the tools, techniques, technologies, models and methodologies that lead to better information and service provisioning in the human-centric computing systems. We solicit high-quality papers in the area of human-centric computing, and we welcome submissions describing theoretical advances as well as system design, implementation, and experimentation. Accepted papers of HCC'13 will be included in the TAAI conference Proceedings (http://taai2013.nccu.edu.tw), IEEE Xplore, and EI Index
