The 8th EDSSC, first initiated by IEEE ED/SSC Hong Kong Joint Chapter, will be held in Bangkok, Thailand. It will provide a stimulating environment for experts and academics to disseminate research and development in the broad field of Electron Devices and Solid-Sate Circuits. EDSSC 2012 will include oral and poster sessions as well as invited and keynote speakers.

Paper Submission:
Paper of two A4 pages, including figures and references, is required and submitted electronically as PDF files via www.edssc2012.com. Manuscript must be original and unpublished. Instructions for preparing the paper to conform IEEE Conference are given in the IEEE template files available in the conference website. Accepted and registered papers will appear in the IEEE Xplore. Similar to EDSSC 2011, journal special issues or sections for publishing selected full papers are under negotiation.
