**Aim and Scope
The aim of the Conference - 2011 International Conference on Management Learning and Business Technology Education is to provide an opportunity for international scholars and industrial professors to share their knowledge and address the current issues facing management educators and organizational practitioners.
Given the challenges of today’s dynamic business environment, organizational scholars and business practitioners need to explore new and more effective ways of managing organizations.
Central to this is an examination of contemporary ways of thinking about management and organizational learning and leadership.
The conference offers a forum for exploring ideas relating to the role of business schools, evaluating existing approaches to management and organizational learning and exploring new ones.
Submissions are encouraged from a variety of theoretical perspectives.
