The APMRC 2009 will be held in Singapore from 14 to 16 January, 2009. All members of the international scientific community interested in new developments in magnetic recording technologies are invited to attend. Among other things, the conference will address issues related to ultra-high density recording in the terabits per square inch (Tb/in^2) regime.

The conference will consist of oral and poster sessions. Only invited papers (please download the Invited Speaker Nomination form) will be presented in the oral session while contributed papers will be presented in the poster session.

As per the tradition of APMRC, invited speakers will present their work in both oral and poster sessions.
