Registration
Each accepted paper must have a registered attendee at the conference who will present the work. The registration fee is 150 EUR for Early bird registrations (until TBD), and 200 EUR for late registrations. (Participants affiliated with ELTE, Bosch or any hungarian academic institute, are free of charge, with company email address registration. Erasmus students are also free of charge. The registration fee does not include the publication costs.) Proceedings Details will coming soon Submission Guidelines The language of the submitted papers should be English. Submissions should be original work that is not under consideration for publication anywhere else. Authors should refrain of any unethical publication behavior such as plagiarism (including self plagiarism), GenerativeAI usage in the text. Template Authors are required to use the following Latex template: https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/acm-conference-proceedings-primary-article-template/wbvnghjbzwpc Important Dates Submission Deadline: Feb 28, 2026 Notification of Acceptance: Apr. 01, 2026 Early Bird Registration Deadline: May 01. 2026 Camera Ready Paper Submission: June 01. 2026 Registration Deadline: June 01. 2026 Registration Deadline for participants with ELTE or Bosch affiliation: June 10. 2026 Conference Date: June 18-20, 2026 Policies Requirements All contributions must be written in English, be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review. All accepted papers must be presented by one author, who must also register for the conference. Plagiarism Policy Authors are required to avoid plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, in their work. The Program Committee members are asked to give special attention to plagiarism in the review process. Plagiarism will also be monitored with iThenticate. Review Process All submissions will undergo a two-phase review process. In the first phase, at least two reviews will be produced by the Program Committee Members, which is followed by a Meta-reviewing committee. In the second phase, the Program Committee will decide on the acceptance for publication of each submission. Generative AI Policy For authors: While AI-assisted writing tools may be used for language improvement, the intellectual contributions of the paper must be made by the authors. Submissions that rely heavily on AI-generated content without human oversight will be rejected. Thus, manuscripts generated by generative AI language tools, such as ChatGPT, are prohibited. If a small portion is generated, a full reference is required to be provided. Also, if inappropriate language, plagiarized content, mistakes, errors, misleading content, and incorrect references are generated and included in the manuscript, the responsibility rests entirely on the authors. Generative language tools are not allowed to be listed in the authors' list. If light-editing, such as grammar correction and spelling, is used, the authors are required to include such editorial uses in the acknowledgement section. For reviewers: It is prohibited to use generative AI tools in the review process. Thus, uploading the manuscripts or any part of it for review is strictly prohibited, as well as editing the review outcome. |
