We are delighted to announce the inaugural Open Call for the Third-party Exchange Scheme (TES) within the framework of the European Commission-funded Horizon project ENFIELD: European Lighthouse to Manifest Trustworthy and Green AI. The call is scheduled to open on February 1st, 2024 (0900 CET) and remain open until March 31st, 2024 (1700 CET).

ENFIELD's TES is extending an invitation to researchers, including PhD students, Post-docs, senior researchers, and groups of researchers, to submit proposals addressing specific challenges outlined within the ENFIELD project. Collaborating with ENFIELD partners across various regions of Europe, these projects will contribute to advancing fundamental research in Adaptive, Green, Human-Centric, and Trustworthy AI. These thematic pillars are strategically vital for the successful development, deployment, and acceptance of AI technologies within Europe, with a particular focus on enhancing research within the domains of Healthcare, Energy, Manufacturing, and Space.

Selected TES researchers will have the opportunity to spend three to six months at their designated institution and receive a monthly stipend of EUR 2400.

Researchers affiliated with partner organizations of ENFIELD are ineligible to apply for the third-party exchange scheme.
