Submitted papers will be published in the volume of ASECCC 2023 Conference Proceedings. Selected papers will be published in the peer-reviewed journal "Journal of Asian Energy Studies (JAES)"

Submission Method and Dates:
Please submit your abstract to ASECCC Call for paper registration. After review, a confirmation email will be sent to invite author(s) for poster and full paper submission. The poster and manuscript template will be provided after abstract confirmation.

- Abstract submission deadline: 28 July 2023, Friday
- Acceptance notification: On a rolling basis
- Presentation confirmation deadline: 31 July 2023, Monday
- Poster and paper submission deadline: 11 August 2023, Friday
- Poster presentation: 24-25 August 2023, Wednesday to Friday*
- ASECCC Proceeding publication: December 2023
- Journal of Asian Energy Studies publication: Starting in November and continuing on a rolling basis

Important Notes:
1. The author or at least one of the co-authors has to attend and present the selected paper at the Conference.
2. Authors who fail to adhere to the deadlines may face disqualification.

5. The manuscript should be written in accordance with the standard of template.
