We’re excited to invite you to submit a proposal for the 2023 AES International Evaluation Conference and/or for the preconference workshop program.

Evaluation has the power to be a lens that transforms the way we see the world. As evaluators, as people, we wear many lenses that shape what we see and how we focus our vision. Our theme Through the Lens invites you to think about how our lenses help us to reflect on different ways of knowing to inform our theory and practice; to refract our knowledge and learning in ways that enable us to embrace diversity in our communities; as well as to refocus on the future and deliver evaluative insights that resonate. 

Come along to share, network, and learn about what is happening in evaluation, and evaluation-related fields, in Australia, New Zealand, the Australasian region, and across the world.

The conference will be held in Brisbane, in the Australian state of Queensland, from 27 to 29 September 2023. Conference workshops will be held on 25 and 26 September 2023. The venue for the conference and workshops is Brisbane Convention Centre.
