Ninth International Symposium on Tools and Methods of Competitive Engineering
7-11 May 2012, Karlsruhe, Germany

The Ninth International Symposium on Tools and Methods of Competitive Engineering (TMCE 2012) will take place in Karlsruhe, Germany, from 7 to 11 May, 2012. This Symposium will be jointly organized by the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany, and the Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands. Inhabited by over 280.000 people, Karlsruhe is the economic and high-tech capital in south-eastern Germany. Located in the Rhine Lowlands close to Black Forest, Palatinate Mountains and Alsace, it is one of the most scenically charming and sunniest cities in Germany with almost Mediterranean climate, natural monuments and typical “Baden lifestyle”.

TMCE 2012 will offer a traditionally high standard professional program, as well as several attractive and entertaining social and cultural events. The focus of the professional program will be on Mobile and ubiquitous technologies for global product development and production processes. Participants from government, academia, and industry all over the world will share their experiences and exchange views, knowledge, and cultural values.

You are cordially invited to participate in this exciting event with your industrial tutorials, scientific podium and forum papers, or simply as part of the audience.
