A call for poster/abstract is now open for CBAS-SYMBIO 2010 (http://symbio2010.rsg.sg/submissions). We are soliciting original research in areas of, but not limited to the following:
Sequence analysis and alignment Promoter analysis Comparative genomics Gene and protein expression analysis Protein structure and function prediction Protein folding and docking Protein-protein interactions Metabolic pathway analysis and regulatory networks System biology Drug design Bio-imaging Bio-image informatics Infectious diseases Translational science Medical informatics Health informatics All abstracts will be peer reviewed for acceptance and shortlisted work will be published in a conference proceedings. Authors of selected abstracts will be invited for oral or poster presentation at the symposium. Abstract formatting requirements can be found at (http://symbio2010.rsg.sg/submissions). |
