Congress: November 22-25, 2021

Objectives: This congress will provide a major international forum for the exchange of information on research into and recent developments in the improvement of education in all Engineering and Computing fields. During the Congress, the curriculum guidelines will also be discussed as well as the integration between the world market and Engineering and Computer Education.

Scientific Program: The duration of COPEC Flash Week 2021 will be four days, with all technical sessions at ICECE2021 being held on November 25. All presentations will be online on time. The scientific program will include:
• Workshops
• Plenary Sessions
• Oral presentations
• Panels and Round-Table meetings

Paper submission: Prospective participants are invited to submit Full Papers (6 pages) or Work in Progress Papers (4 pages) in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Details for submission, including templates, are available on the congress homepage: https://www.copec.eu/wcseit2021

Proceedings and Book of Abstracts: The proceedings and the book of abstracts of the congress will be published online and will be available at the time of the congress. Both will be registered in ISBN with international validity; besides, the proceedings have ISSN because they are also periodic. All published papers will have DOI (Digital Object Identifier).

Congress Language: English, Spanish and Portuguese will be the official Congress languages.

COPEC Flash Week 2021:
The COPEC Flash Week 2021 meeting is an opportunity for professors, students, and international professionals from different areas to sharing experiences and research findings with colleagues and wider audiences. Collaborations and extraordinary proposals from a broad range of disciplines with diverse and complementary expertise are becoming even more imperative and mandatory to deal with this new unusual and unexpected scenario due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Flash week 2021 intends to be strongly proactive in this sense by helping and supporting this meeting bringing together, art and communication (WCCA2021, XIV World Congress on Communication and Art) (November 22), health and the environment (SHEWC2021, XXI World Congress on Environmental Research, Health and Safety) (November 23), information technology (WCSEIT2021, VIII World Congress on Systems Engineering and Information Technology) (November 24) and, engineering and computer education (ICECE2021, XII International Conference on Engineering and Computer Education) (November 25). The meeting will take place on an online and on-time digital platform.
