Dear colleagues,
The International Conference on Adult Education - CIEA 2018, and “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi, Romania, invite you and your colleagues to join and submit papers to the fifth edition of the conference, Education for values – continuity and context, which will be held in Iasi, Romania (April 25th - April 27th, 2018), and Chisinau, Moldova (April 27th - April 28th, 2018).
Given the topic of our conference, we welcome presentations and full papers from all over the world on the topics of education and values from various perspectives, including historical, methodological or epistemological ones, policies and educational strategies aiming values, the role of ICT in the education for values, but these topics are not restrictive. Submissions will be only accepted in English.
Organized by “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University, also under the patronage of University of Bucharest, “Babes-Bolyai” University of Cluj Napoca, West University of Timisoara, IACEHOF - International Adult and Continuing Education Hall of Fame, University of Oklahoma, and Moldova State University, the International Conference on Adult Education became a platform for exchanging information in the scientific, practical and legislative area, through the lens of the latest results of the research in the field of continuing and adult education.
Selected full-text papers will be published on the conference Proceedings Page on the Social Science Research Network – SSRN website (http://ssrn.com/link/Fifth-CIEA-2018.html). The remaining papers will appear in an ISBN volume.

Important dates:
 The 20th of October 2017: Deadline for abstract submission
 The 6th of November 2017: Notification of abstract acceptance
 The 22nd of January 2018: Deadline for the full paper submission
 The 10th of February 2018: Publishing the conference program
