It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the Workshop on Disruptive Information and Communication Technologies for Innovation and Digital Transformations that will be held in Bragança, Portugal, 20 December 2019, and organized under the scope of the DISRUPTIVE project.

The purpose of the Workshop on Disruptive Information and Communication Technologies for Innovation and Digital Transformations is to discuss problems, challenges and benefits of using disruptive digital technologies, namely Internet of Things, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Multi-agent Systems, Machine Learning, Virtual and Augmented Reality, and Collaborative Robotics, to support the on-going digital transformation in society.

The papers presented at the workshop will cover the following topics:
- Intelligent Manufacturing Systems
- Industry 4.0 and digital transformation
- Internet of Things
- Cyber-security
- Collaborative and intelligent robotics
- Multi-Agent Systems
- Industrial Cyber-Physical Systems
- Virtualization and digital twins
- Predictive maintenance
- Virtual and augmented reality
- Big Data and advanced data analytics
- Edge and cloud computing

You are kindly invited to submit original, previously unpublished works within the scope of the workshop, in Portuguese, Spanish or English. All proposed papers must be submitted in electronic form (PDF format). Papers must be formatted according to the Springer LNCS-LNAI/CCIS template, with a maximum length of 10 pages (short papers) or 12 pages (regular papers), including figures and references.

The authors schedule is the following:
- 22/11/2019: submission of papers
- 30/11/2019: notification of acceptance/rejection
- 08/12/2019: submission of final paper versions
- 20/12/2019: workshop
