International Computer Symposium (ICS) is one of the largest joint international IT symposiums held in Taiwan. Founded in 1973, it is intended to provide a forum for researchers, educators, and professionals to exchange their discoveries and practices, and to explore future trends and applications in computer technologies. The biennial symposium offers a great opportunity to share research experiences and to discuss potential new trends in the IT industry. This year, ICS 2010 is held at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in Tainan on December 16-18, 2010.

Paper Format

All submissions will be handled electronically. Authors should prepare PDF files of their full papers. Papers must be written in ENGLISH and not exceed 6 single-spaced and two-column pages using at least 10 point size type. All paper submissions should follow the IEEE 8.5" x 11" Two-Column Format. The instructions of electronic submission will be posted on the website together with the style files. All accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI.
