CCCM is an annual International Colloquium on Computing, Communication, Control, and Management sponsored by Intelligent Information Technology Application Research Association (IITA Association), Wuhan Institute of Technology. CCCM was started in 2008. The previous conferences were held in Guangzhou, China (2008), Sanya, China (2009).
2010 ISECS International Colloquium on Computing, Communication, Control, and Management (CCCM 2010) was the thied symposium in the annual series that started in Guangzhou, China, during August 4-5, 2008. We cordially invite you to attend the 2010 ISECS International Colloquium on Computing, Communication, Control, and Management (CCCM 2010), which will be held in Yangzhou, China during August 20-22, 2010. CCCM 2010 is an international forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research results, ideas, developments and applications in all areas of Advancing Computing, Communication, Control, and Management Technologies. The CCCM2010 will also include presentations of contributed papers and state-of-the-art lectures by invited keynote speakers. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Submission of Papers
Only original high quality original, unpublished research papers as well as industrial practice papers related to this theme are especially solicited, including theories, methodologies, and applications in Computing, Communication, Control, and Management. Simultaneous submissions to other publication venues are not permitted. Papers should not exceed 4 pages of text using 10-point size type on A4 inch paper (Word Template). All submitted papers (in PDF) should be written in English. Each paper will be reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work. All accepted papers will be included in CCCM 2010 Proceedings. We look formard to welcoming you to this exciting event! All accepted papers will be published by IEEE, which will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.
