Accepted and registered papers will be published in the proceedings of ELECOM 2018 and may be considered/reviewed for publication in "Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering ( LNEE )", Springer Proceedings, made available in its digital library.

Normal paper size is 10 pages. There will be extra charges of all pages beyond 10 up to a maximum of 12 pages.
