The International Performance, Computing, and Communications Conference is a premier IEEE conference presenting research in the performance of computer and communication systems. For three-and-a-half decades, IPCCC has been a research forum for academic, industrial, and government researchers. We encourage submission of high-quality papers reporting original work in both theoretical and experimental research areas. All workshop papers will be published in IEEE IPCCC proceedings.

Workshop Proposal Format
Each workshop proposal must include all of the following in single PDf file:
• Title of the workshop
• Workshop Organizers (names, affiliation and contact information), with short biography.
• Description of the technical issues covered, emphasizing the timeliness of the proposed workshop
• Potential program committee members and invited speakers
• Planned format of the workshop: duration, expected number of refereed papers, keynotes, panels
• Draft Call for Papers
• Workshop potential website address (if available at the time of the proposal)

Proposal Submission
Proposal submissions should be sent to the Workshops Chair by email as a PDF file. All accepted workshops should implement peer-reviews of accepted papers. Papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings of IPCCC 2017 and submitted to IEEE Xplore.
