The International Conference on Digital Content (ICDC) is an academic forum focusing on digital content and associated technical, practical, and social issues. ICDC’09 is the fifth in the series of ICDC, and it will be hosted by Yuan Ze University in Taiwan. The topics of ICDC’09 include Arts & Content Design, Digital Archive & Management, Entertainment & Leisure, Technologies & Tools, and Applications & Practice. The goal of this conference is to provide opportunities for participants to share their research results and best practice experiences in the development of digital technologies and the utilization of systems related to digital content.
Scope: Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Arts & Content Design Digital Arts & Design / Interactive Media / Interactive Installation / Interactive Content Design Digital Archive & Management Digital Publish & Exhibition / Digital Library & Museum / Digital Cultural Heritage / Multimedia Database / Watermarking & Information Hiding Entertainment & Leisure Game & Animation / E-Learning / Human Computer Interface / Social Computing / Health and Information Technology / Medical Informatics Technologies & Tools Computer Graphics / Signal Processing / Image Processing / Natural Language Processing / Speech Processing / Image and Information Retrieval on Digital Content / Ubiquitous Computing / Web Technology Applications & Practice Multimedia Services and Applications / Communication Medium / ECommerce / Digital Marketing and Strategy / Media Management / Management Information Systems / Mobile Content Paper Submission & Format Please prepare your paper using the provided proceeding template. The first page of the draft paper should include: (1) Title of the paper. (2) Name and affiliation for each author. (3) Abstract of the paper. (4) A maximum of 5 keywords of the paper. We only accept the paper in MS Word and PDF format, but PDF format is preferred. So please translate your paper into PDF format. Word format is acceptable only when you have problems in translating the file. It requires that at least one author of each accepted paper MUST register for the conference before the deadline given for author registration to ensure that the paper is included in the conference. Selected conference papers will be published in the International Journal of Digital Contents and Knowledge Management (IJDCKM).
