The conference will be held in the Sewers Congress Centre, Nuevos Ministerios, Madrid.

Taped conversations by the Spanish Minister of the Interior, recently leaked to the press in the middle of the general election campaign, have revealed considerable advances in how to try and curtail the democratic process in Catalonia towards independence, sparked off, in the view of many, by the 2010 Constitutional court ruling that substantially cut back the powers of the regional government agreed by the Spanish Parliament in 2006, and ratified by a referendum.

The conference will be structured into the following 10 thematic areas:

a. How to draft false police reports incriminating leading Catalan politicians on the basis of concocted bank accounts in tax havens.
