The International Conference on Applied Mathematics and Scientific Computing (ICAMSC 2010) is the premier forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of theoretical, experimental, and applied Applied Mathematics and Scientific Computing. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:
Analytic methods Approximation theory Atmospheric science Bayesian computing Biological and medical applications Computational electrodynamics Computational electromagnetics Computational fluid dynamics Computational models Control theory and applications Coupled problems Data exploration and data mining Dynamical systems Engineering problems and applications Factorization methods Finite difference methods Finite element methods Generalized eigen-problems High order difference approximations Integral equations Inversion problems in Geophysics Iterative methods Krylov methods Level-set methods Mathematical methods in continuum mechanics Mathematical modeling Mathematical software tools Mathematics and circuit simulation Mathematics of Finance Methods for integration on a uniform and non-uniform mesh Modeling and computation of soft matter materials and complex fluids Molecular dynamics Monte Carlo methods and applications Multi-grid methods Multi-level methods Nonlinear systems and eigenvalue solvers Nonsymmetric solvers Numerical analysis Numerical linear algebra Numerical Mathematics in general Numerical methods and simulation Operational research Optimization and optimal control Ordinary and partial differential equations, integral equations, singular perturbation problems Ordinary differential equations Overlapping and nonoverlapping domain decomposition methods Partial differential equations Optimization Scientific computing and supercomputing benchmark design Scientific visualization Seismic Data Processing Simulation Software architectures for scientific computing Splines and wavelets and applications Splines and wavelets with applications to CAGD, CAD/CAM, computer graphics and differential equations Stochastic differential equations Supercomputing and scientific computing Transformation methods and applications Applications of scientific computing in physics, mechanics, chemistry, biology, environmental and hydrology problems, production scheduling, automotive industry Paper submission Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers including results, figures and references. Paper will be accepted only by electronic submission through the conference web site. Prospective authors are expected to present their paper at the conference. Proposal for special session The conference will include a number of special sessions. Proposal for special sessions must include a title, rationale, session outline, contact information for the session chairs, a list of authors who have agreed to present paper in the session, and abstract of each paper. If any of these requirements is missing in a proposal, it will not be accepted. Proposals for special sessions should be submitted to the conference secretariat before deadlines. |
