We are happy to announce the Visual Object Tracking Challenge VOT2015 that will be held in conjunction with ICCV2015. The VOT2015 will be the 3rd in a şeries of highly successful challenges in short-term single target tracking. We are also announcing the first VOT thermal imagery tracking sub-challenge VOT-TIR2015.
The results of the VOT2015 and VOT-TIR2015 challenges will be presented at the ICCV2015 VOT workshop.

Participate by:
-----------------------
1. Sending the results of your tracker
2. Sending a full-length paper

We are soliciting (not necessarily original) trackers to participate in competition on a common dataset and evaluation methodology provided by the committee.
The participants of sufficiently well performing trackers (i.e., outperform a baseline tracker provided by VOT committee) will become co-authors of results paper presented at the ICCV2015 VOT workshop.

The VOT committee also solicits full-length papers describing:
* Original or improved trackers as well as papers giving new insights into existing trackers or class of trackers.
* Novel ways of using and extending the VOT framework for tracker performance analysis.

Highlights:
-----------------------
1. New fully annotated dataset compiled with the VOT dataset construction methodology
2. New toolkit for fast experiments execution with tutorials
3. New sub-challenge VOT-TIR
