Call For Papers | |||||||||||||||
Dear Colleague,
You are cordially invited to attend the IEEE 11th International Conference on Intelligent Computer Communication and Processing, to be held September 3 - 5, 2015 in Romania and to submit papers. Aims and Scope The scope of the 11th Conference on Intelligent Computer Communication and Processing 2015 is to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners working towards improving the power of both communication and processing software using the most advanced methods available today. The fast development of the web implies more advanced but also more secure artifacts, which require the software technology to improve at a high pace. Topics Technical tracks include, but are not limited to: Intelligent Systems: Agent-based and Multiagent Systems; Knowledge Representation, Reasoning and Engineering; Ontology Modeling and Mediation; Machine Learning; Multidisciplinary Topics and Applications, Web and Knowledge-based Information Systems; Agreement Technologies; Systems and Organization. Computer Vision: Image Processing Techniques and Methods; Segmentation and Features; Stereovision and 3D Reconstruction; Motion, Optic Flow and Tracking; Statistics and Machine Learning for Vision; Object Recognition; Perception and Representation; Driving Assistance Applications; Vision-based Robotic Applications; Automated and Autonomous Driving; Biomedical Image Analysis, Semantic Media Annotation. Distributed Computing and Networking: Cloud Computing, Context Aware; Autonomic Computing; Resource Coordination and Management; Quality of Service; Queuing Network Models; Pervasive Computing; Grid Computing; Fault Tolerance; Cooperative Applications. Special Sessions HiPerGrid: organized in cooperation with Politehnica University, Bucharest, RO PAN-Robots: organized in the framework of FP7 EU Pan Robots project Cooperative Driving: organized in the framework of CoMoSeF Celtic Plus project and SmartCoDrive project founded by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research Paper Submission and Publication Papers should not exceed 8 pages and should comply with IEEE formatting (A4 paper size 210x297mm / 8.27"x11.69", two-column). The conference organizers reserve the right to reject submissions that exceed 8 pages or do not make a reasonable attempt to adhere to the proceedings format. Papers should be submitted electronically via the on-line submission system. All papers must be in PDF format (blinded papers - without authors), checked that the file can be viewed and printed correctly. Authors will need to submit an abstract for each paper and select, from the list provided by the submission system, the track(s) to assist with the allocation of papers to reviewers and with the organization of the conference program. Full papers will be accepted for oral presentation and will be published in the main proceedings. In 2015 the papers will be indexed into the Web of Science and Scopus. The papers will be available in IEEE Xplore digital library. Detailed instructions for electronic paper submission and review process can be found at http://www.iccp.ro Important Dates Submission of papers: June 15, 2015 Notification of acceptance: July 1, 2015 Accepted Camera-ready papers due: August 1, 2015 Author registration due: August 1, 2015 ICCP 2015 Conference: September 3 - 5, 2015 Steering Committee Vladimir-Ioan Cretu, "Politehnica" University of Timisoara, RO Dariu Gavrila, University of Amsterdam, NL Marie-Pierre Gleizes, Universite Paul Sabatier, FR Zhencheng Hu, Kumamoto University, JP Iosif Ignat, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, RO Ioan Alfred Letia, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, RO Traian Muntean, University of the Mediterranean, FR Sergiu Nedevschi, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, RO David Robertson, Edinburgh University, UK Andrzej Skowron, Warsaw University, PL Nicolae Tapus, Politehnica University, Bucharest, RO Honorary Chair Mircea Petrescu, Romanian Academy and "Politehnica" University of Bucharest, RO Conference Chair Sergiu Nedevschi, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, RO Program Committee Chair Rodica Potolea, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, RO Organizing Committee Chair Andrei Vatavu, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, RO Keynote Speakers Kay Fuerstenberg, SICK AG, DE Cooperative Driving Session Chairs Pekka Eloranta, Mobisoft Oy, FI Florin Oniga, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, RO PAN-Robots Session Chairs Cesare Fantuzzi, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, IT Kay Fuerstenberg, SICK AG, DE HiPerGRID Session Chairs Nicolae Tapus, Politehnica University of Bucharest, RO Valentin Cristea, Politehnica University of Bucharest, RO Adina Magda Florea, Politehnica University of Bucharest, RO Organizing Committee Sebestyen-Pal Gheorghe, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, RO Tiberiu Marita, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, RO Radu Razvan Slavescu, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, RO Mihai Negru, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, RO Voichita Baraian, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, RO Conference Chair Prof. dr. eng.
