SOPO is an annual conference in China since 2009. It was held in Wuhan, Chengdu, Shanghai and Beijing from 2009 to 2014. Each year there are 100 - 200 attendees from Asia, Europe, America, etc., and there have been quite a lot of well known experts giving plenary speeches. In 2015, SOPO will be held from August 22 to 24, 2015 in Shanghai, China. This Conference will cover issues on Photonics and Optoelectronics. Publication and Presentation: The Proceedings of this conference are published in the SPIE Digital Library along with over 370,000 papers from other outstanding conferences and SPIE Journals. The conference proceedings will be submitted to EI for indexing. Paper Submission: Authors are invited to submit papers through the Conference Submission system by February 13, 2015. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.
