CIIT 2014, 2nd Call for Papers
Continuing the tradition, the CIIT2014 Organizing Committee invites you to participate in the 11thConference for Informatics and Information Technologies – CIIT2014 that will be held on
April 11-13, 2014,
in Bitola, Macedonia

The emphasis of this year’s event is on bringing together industry and academic experts to present and discuss relevant research and development projects. List of topics for CIIT2014 includes, but is not limited to:
• Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Bioinformatics
• Multimedia and Digitization
• Computer Networks
• Computer Architecture and Parallel Processing
• Distributed Systems, GRID and Cloud Computing
• Wireless and Mobile Computing
• Security and Cryptography
• Signal Processing
• Theoretical Foundations of Informatics
• eWorld - eWork, eCommerce, eBusiness, eLearning

The CIIT 2014 conference activities are supported by the IEEE Computer Chapter Macedonian Section

Publication:
Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN.
Best PhD student paper will be nominated to be awarded with IEEE best student paper award.

Important dates:
Extended Abstract submission: February 14, 2014
Notification of abstract acceptance: February 28, 2014
Short and full paper submission: March 14, 2014
Notification of acceptance: March 28, 2014
Camera ready: April 04, 2014

Types of papers:

Authors are invited to submit short (maximum 4 pages) and full papers (maximum 6 pages) with IEEE Conference Proceedings style (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html).

Regular Research Papers should provide detail original research contributions. They must report new research results that represent a contribution to the field; sufficient details and support for the results and conclusions should also be provided.
Short Papers report on ongoing research projects. They should provide overall research methodologies with some results.

Paper submissions:
Submissions are done using CIIT Conference Management System (http://ciit.finki.ukim.mk).
Templates and instructions for both abstract and paper submission are provided on the conference web-site.

Conference fees:
Before April 1, 2014:
Students and postgrads: 30 €
Regular participants: 50 €
After April 1, 2014:
Students and postgrads: 35 €
Regular participants: 60 €
