CIbSE 2014 – CALL FOR PAPERS

----------------------------------------------

XVII Iberoamerican Conference on Software Engineering - CIbSE 2014

http://cibse2014.ceisufro.cl/

23 - 25 April, 2014

Pucón, Chile

SCOPE AND MOTIVATION

----------------------------------------
CIbSE event is a reference in the field of Software Engineering, with the participation of a vibrant Latin American community that is dedicated to research in an area vital to the global economy. Conceived as a space dedicated to the dissemination of research results and activities of the iberoamerican community, encourages dialogue between scientists, educators, professionals, students and software industry.

Building over the experience with 16 successful previous editions, CIbSE 2014 is organized by the University of La Frontera to be held in Pucón, Chile. The event will include research paper presentations, tutorials, doctoral symposium, workshops, and keynote speeches by renowned iberoamerican researchers.

Plan to contribute or check on your agenda CIbSE 2014. On April 2014 we will have a chance to discuss ideas, share experiences and challenges of practice.

The event will include research paper presentations, tutorials, doctoral symposium, workshops, and keynote speeches by renowned iberoamerican researchers. Full paper submissions will be divided in 3 independent tracks:

§ Software Engineering Technologies (*SET'2014*).

§ Requirements Engineering (*WER'2014*).

§ Experimental Software Engineering (*ESELAW'2014*).

CIbSE accepts contributions in three major ibero-american languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.

SUBMISSIONS AND PUBLICATION

---------------------------------------------

We invite contributions in the form of papers, tutorials, and doctoral work related to CIbSE's conference themes. Submissions are accepted in Spanish, Portuguese or English.

Long papers should not exceed 14 pages in Springer-Verlag's LNCS format (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html). Submissions should be sent via the EasyChair submission system considering a specific track. They will be peer reviewed according to their relevance, originality, technical quality, and adequacy to the conference topics.
