The 2013 International Conference on Technical education and Engineering (ICTE2013) will be hold at Rajamangala University of Technology Thunyaburi, Pathumthani, Thailand. ICTE2013 is an international non-profitable academic activity, which involves on the advance educations, modern engineering, technology management, architecture industry, argiculture application, and innovation technology with the mission to reuse and update their practical applications for all involved industries. Its conference serves the profession with international conferences, quality proceedings books and leading edge digital library for professional improvement growth. Its activities have prepared and provided for all researchers, academics, teachers and educators from around the world to participate. This Conference aims to diffuse the knowledge and researches among academicians and lead to development in educational technology and instructional technology for education industrial to support to current industry.

This conference is recognized and well known in the advance technology and technical education events with the expected number of at least 200 international academic staffs, researchers, and paticipators, who have prepared and planed to attend and submit their articles. That has counted with the number, which is increasing in every years. ICTE2013 has also promoted the development and dissemination of theoretical knowledges, conceptual and excellence researches, and professional advance knowledges through the symposium activities, symposium books.
Faculty of Industrial Education, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) has committed to carry out to the development of the advance education and the industrial education management’s technologies, which have expertise in various academic in disciplines. In 1948, the first of engineering training and teaching college had founded at Rajamangala University of Technology (Tavas) in Thailand. Then twenty one years later, the vocational academic cooperation had agreed between the Thai Government and Republic of Germany especially to the technology knowledge transfer in demand to develop Thai vocational teacher with aiming to encourage all vocational students, academic researchers, developing vocational research, to enhance professional development and development of appropriate sustainable learning. This was the starting of creating a knowledge network to the industrial sector with the new practice technology. Particularly the vocational education Board, there is to convey knowledge elements to develop vocational skills is a person meets the requirements of the workplace. RMUTT is one of the biggest institute in technology and being a member of the vocational academic institute network, where has turned to organize this conference with aiming to improve the technical and engineering education standard for industries. Our conference web-site will be frequently updated and consequently you may have to reload it on a regular basis. Our Extended abtract submission deadline is August 18, 2013 at 11.59 pm ( local time).
Papers are solicited in all related areas in the technical and engineering education fields, including informatics, and intelligence manufacturing technologies use in all aspects of human life and their increasing diversity but also to emphasize the necessity of managing the co-existence of modern industry technologies for Asian countries within a sustainable development scheme. Proposals for special sessions are also welcome to address the emerging areas and innovative applications of new technologies. Author of the 10-20% of best papers will be selected and invited to adapt their papers for publication at three international journals of the international Journal of Technical and Training (JTET), International Journal of Vocational and Technical Education (IJVTE), and The International Journal of Advance Mechatronics and Intelligence Control (JAMIC).
