International Conference on Applied Algorithms ICAA 2014 , Kolkata, India, Jan 13--15, 2014 URL: http://sites.google.com/site/icaa2014 Email: icaa2014@gmail.com Keynote Talks Susanne Albers, Humboldt-Universitat zu Berlin, Germany Bhargab B. Bhattacharya, Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India Dimitrios Gunopulos, University of Athens, Greece Rina Panigrahy, Microsoft Research, Mountain View, USA Assaf Schuster, Technion, Israel Inst. Of Tech., Haifa, Israel Christos Zaroliagis, University of Patras, Greece Call For Papers The conference seeks original contributions related to design, analysis, implementation, and experimental evaluation of efficient algorithms and data structures for problems with relevant real-world applications, ideally bridging the gap between academia and industry. Submissions should present significant algorithmic contributions supported by analysis and/or experimental evaluation clearly highlighting the motivating application. Papers on industrial applications with strong algorithmic content are welcome. Submission Instructions Authors are invited to submit papers on original research on Applied Algorithms. Simultaneous submission to a journal or another conference with refereed proceedings is not allowed. The proceedings of the conference will be published as a volume of the Springer Verlag LNCS series. Papers must be prepared using LaTeX/LaTeX2e and should not exceed 12 pages in LNCS style. The LNCS style file must be used without altering margins and font size. The .pdf file must be submitted using EasyChair. Submission link is provided on the conference website.
