We are issuing a Call for Papers for a Special Issue entitled:
“Prospective Innovation at Ethical Banking and Finance“ Taadler.com is an international and multidisciplinary forum for presenting relevant ideas concerning changes in economic, political, social and religious issues. Taadler Publishing House welcomes papers that investigate any aspects of the future of ethical banking, of ethics in banking, moral values and professionalism in banking industry. Possible themes could include, but are not limited to: - What factors, such as traditions, culture, politics, and ideology, influence ethical banking theory and practice? - Could the ‘classic banking theory” be deconstructed from the viewpoints of different disciplines? - Future pathways for ethical banking, new changes in the post-crisis period. - Classic and Islamic banking system as an alternative vision for economic affairs. - The gap between theory and practice in ethics research. - Financial Inclusion or inclusive financing. - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in banking. - The Socially Responsible Investment (SRI). - Social and Environmental impacts of banks´ financial activities. - Moral Hazard & Agency Problems in banking. - Codes of Ethics in Banking Industry. - The corruption on banking during the crisis. We welcome other interpretations of the conference theme as well. This Theme Issue combines mainly theoretical and empirical articles but also opinions and proposals. The language is English. Length of articles: between 4000-8000 words. Date to observe: Please enclose at the beginning of your article an abstract (maximum 200 words) as well as the authors name(s) and affiliation addresses and eventually short biographic note by 10 July 2013 to: info@taadler.com Those who submit a proposal will be advised by 31 July, 2013. Deadline for full papers: 30 September 2013 The submissions will go through regular review process. With your support and collaboration, we are confident that the Special Issue will be a success that will reflect the state-of-art of research at the frontier of this vital and rapidly developing area.
