RNDM has been established as a single-track workshop each time attracting
world-class participants from both academia and industry working in the
area of reliable networks design and modeling. RNDM 2013 follows the
success of the first four events that took place in St. Petersburg (2009,
2012), Moscow (2010), and Budapest (2011), accordingly.

RNDM 2013 will be held on Sept. 10-13, 2013 in Holiday Inn Almaty Hotel,
Almaty, Kazakhstan. More information about the venue, Almaty city, and
Kazakhstan can be found at:

RNDM 2013 topics cover, but are not necessarily limited to the following:

- coordination of multilayer survivability operations,

The authors are encouraged to submit full papers describing original,
previously unpublished research results, not currently under review by
another conference or journal, addressing state-of-the-art research and
development in the area of reliable networks design and modeling. Paper
submission is done via EDAS (
The total length of a paper should not exceed 7 pages formatted according
to the IEEE Template. All submitted papers will be reviewed. Accepted
