The 11th International Conference on Smart Cities & Applications (SCA'26) will be held on 10–12 November 2026, organised by Karabük University together with Medi-ASD. The venue is the Iron & Steel Institute Conference Hall at Karabük University, located near the UNESCO World Heritage town of Safranbolu.

The conference series has continued for more than ten years. Its aim is to bring together original research on smart city technologies and applications, with participants from academia, industry and the public sector. Papers from previous editions have been published by Springer.

Accepted papers that are presented at the conference will be published in SCOPUS-indexed proceedings (Springer LNNS series or ISPRS Archives). All submissions go through international peer review by a programme committee of scholars from more than 25 countries. The event will be held in a hybrid format, with both on-site and online participation.
