The conference is held in Khiva, the birthplace of Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi – the father of algebra and algorithms. In the spirit of his legacy, the conference explores how advanced algorithms drive next‑generation communication systems, intelligent networks, and digital transformation.
