2026 6th International Conference on Control Theory and Applications (ICoCTA 2026)
Professor Jie Chen & Professor Kemin Zhou City University of Hong Kong, China & Nanjing University, China General Chairs of ICoCTA 2026 2026 6th International Conference on Control Theory and Applications (ICoCTA 2026) will be held in Qingdao, China during September 25-27, 2026. It is organized by Shandong University of Science and Technology. Control theory and engineering have witnessed dramatic achievements, which have made possible space travel and communication satellites, have assisted in the design of safe and efficient aircraft, ships, trains and cars, and have helped in developing cleaner chemical processes while addressing environmental concerns. Control technology constantly improves the quality of human life, as a driver of technological progress and society industrialization. Nowadays, control is more secure and more exciting than it was. The subject now seems to be morphing into the wider and more general topic of systems engineering and control, especially accompanied by emerging new technologies such as AI, 5G, edge computing etc. The topic of control theory and applications is still therefore wide open and will expand, with even greater challenges. 2026 6th International Conference on Control Theory and Applications (ICoCTA 2026) aims to bring together researchers, engineers, scientists and industry professionals in a single platform and present their stimulating research and knowledge transfer ideas in Control Theory and Applications. However, we also recognize that the future for researchers and engineers is one where they will be working in interdisciplinary teams to solve new, complex and evolving problems that will require innovative solutions. Therefore, we encourage the participation of other disciplines in this conference where multidisciplinary research and knowledge transfer projects are presented. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Adaptive Systems Linear Systems Aerospace Systems Machine Learning for Control Automation Mechatronics Automotive Control Medical Applications Autonomous System MEMS in Control Cognitive Control Intelligent Systems Complex Systems Modeling Computational Methods Multivariable Control Control Applications Network Control Systems Control Education Noise and Vibration Control Control in Manufacturing and Production Nonlinear Systems Cyber Physical Systems Optimization Cyber Security and Privacy Process Control Decentralized Control Real-time Control Design Methodologies Reconfigurable Control Discrete Events Systems Robotics Embedded Systems Robust Control Fault Detection Learning Systems Fault Management Stochastic Systems Guidance & Flight Control Uncertain Systems Human-in-the-Loop Synchronization Hybrid Systems System Identification CONTACT US Email: inquiry@icocta.org |
