ACM Hypertext Conference 2025

Track chairs: Prof. David Millard (University of Southampton) and Dr. Emanuel Lacić (Infobip)

ACM Hypertext 2025 invites submissions to the Demos and Exhibitions track, dedicated to showcasing innovative hypertext technologies, interactive experiences, and industry-leading applications. This track provides an exciting venue for presenting working systems, creative applications, prototypes, and real-world case studies to the hypertext community, industry professionals, and the broader public. All submissions must be written in English. Papers should be submitted electronically, in a PDF format, through the EasyChair submission system, https://easychair.org/conferences?conf=ht2025adjunct.

Important Dates (AoE Time)

June 06, 2025: Paper submission
July 04, 2025: Notification of paper acceptance
July 18, 2025: Camera-ready submission

Demos

We welcome demonstrations of working systems, prototypes, or experimental tools that explore how hypertext and AI-driven technologies amplify creativity, enhance connections, and transform user experiences.

Possible topics include, but are not limited to:

- Innovative hypertext applications in industry and education
- Novel hypertext tools and technologies
- Emerging hypertext systems employing AI, AR, VR, or Web3
- Practical demonstrations of interactive storytelling systems
- Hypertext systems that utilize Large Language Models for adaptive and personalized experiences

Exhibitions

We also invite submissions that showcase original interactive experiences, digital art installations, games, or narrative works that leverage hypertext and AI-driven technologies to amplify creativity and enhance user engagement. Possible topics here include, but are not limited to: digital art and creative interactive media; interactive narrative experiences; immersive installations utilizing AR, VR, or mixed reality; innovative e-literature and storytelling projects; and digital installations addressing ethical considerations such as biases, authorship, and human-AI collaboration, among others.

Format

Submissions must be anonymous, given that ACM HT uses a double-blind review process. Submissions should follow the same ACM double-column format as the main research tracks, but papers should be up to 4 pages with 1 additional page for references. Accepted submissions will be archived in the ACM Digital Library as part of the ACM adjunct proceedings.
