Dear Scientists, Researchers, and Practitioners,
The 9th Academic Studies Congress (ASC-2025/SPRING) will be held between May 15-18, 2025, hosted by Istanbul Gedik University.

The congress will be held both in-person and online.

The main theme of the congress is “Sustainable Society from the Perspective of Human, Technology, and Artificial Intelligence” and is open to the following subtopics:

Science and Research
Education and Training
Business and Industry
Finance and Economics
Management and Policy
Technology and Innovation
Health and Medical Sciences
Agriculture and Veterinary
Environment
Arts, Culture, Tourism, and Sports
Theology, Values, and Ethics
International Relations and Diplomacy
The congress consists of 12 sub-themes and is open to all scientific disciplines.

The languages of the congress are Turkish and English.

All abstracts must be prepared as extended abstracts (500-1500 words) and will be published in the abstract proceedings book. Full papers are optional and can be included in the full paper proceedings book or published in alternative journals as per the authors' preferences.

In addition to the full paper book, there will be opportunities for publication in SCOPUS, TR Index, and international journals. Notably, two journals indexed in SCOPUS in the fields of Social Sciences and Engineering will publish special issues for our congress.

Our event aims to be included in the Web of Science (WoS) platform. All processes are meticulously conducted in alignment with this goal, and an application will be made to WoS accordingly.
