FAIEMA 2025 invites researchers, practitioners, industry experts, and policymakers to submit their work to the 3rd International Conference on Frontiers of Artificial Intelligence, Ethics, and Multidisciplinary Applications. The conference will be held in-person at Hotel Victoria, Stavanger, Norway, from 18th to 19th September 2025.
FAIEMA serves as a premier platform for presenting cutting-edge research and innovations at the intersections of AI and multidisciplinary domains. The conference aims to foster collaboration, share insights, and explore the evolving frontiers of AI research and its ethical, societal, and industrial implications. Topics of Interest: Submissions are invited on (but not limited to) the following topics. - Foundations of AI - Generative AI - Large Language Models - Vision-Language Models - Reinforcement Learning and Decision Making - Deep Learning: Architectures, Optimization, and Scalability - Soft Computing, Neuro-symbolic AI, and Hybrid Systems - AI & Robotics - AI & Control - AI-driven Applications - AI in Energy, Healthcare, and Biotechnology - AI for Smart Cities and IoT Systems - AI in Climate and Environmental Monitoring - Natural Language Processing and Disinformation Detection - AI for Supply Chain and Industry 4.0 - AI in Defense and Security - Ethics and Governance - Explainable and Interpretable AI - AI Ethics, Fairness, and Governance - Socio-technical Systems and AI - Emerging Multidisciplinary Areas - AI and Blockchain Integration - AI in Immersive and Augmented Reality - AI for Privacy-Preserving Technologies - AI for Space Exploration - AI in Arts and Culture Tracks: - Research Track: Full research papers and conceptual papers. - Ph.D. Symposium Track: Papers from Ph.D. students showcasing ongoing or planned research. - Industrial Track: Invited talks and tutorials from industry experts (no paper submissions required). Submission Guidelines: Papers must follow the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format. Full Papers: Up to 13 pages (extra pages chargeable; max 2 additional). Short Papers: Up to 6 pages (no additional pages allowed). Include references within the page limit (550 words per page). Check website for submission templates. All submissions will undergo a single-blind peer-review process. Authors must disclose the use of AI tools like ChatGPT in their submissions. Important Dates: - Submission Deadline: 31 May 2025 - Notification of Acceptance: 14 July 2025 - Camera-ready Submission: 31 July 2025 - Early Registration Deadline: 14 August 2025 Registration Fees (in EUROS): Author (with paper): 400 (early) | 500 (late) Participant (no paper): 300 (early) | 400 (late) Extra Page (beyond 13): 50 (early) | 50 (late) - NOTE 1: All registrations include access to scheduled coffee breaks and lunches on both conference days. Additionally, a conference dinner is planned for the second day. - NOTE 2: All papers including full-length, short, and Ph.D. symposium papers would be included in the proceedings.
