Call For Papers

The World Bank and Lingnan College of Sun Yat-sen University invite papers for the fifth Infra4Dev Conference (May 15-16, 2025, Guangzhou) exploring infrastructure's role in sustainable development. The conference will bring together researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to explore the broad spectrum of economic research and policy themes related to infrastructure, encompassing transportation, energy, digital, financing and guarantees, and urban development.

We welcome papers from scholars around the world focusing on any aspects related to the transformative impacts of infrastructure, including investments, low-carbon transportation, energy transition, AI and digital transformation, sustainable urbanization, and innovative financing.
