HP3C-2025 welcomes author submission of papers from any branch of the High Performance Compilation, Computing and Communications, and their applications or other topic areas. The areas covered by the include, but not limited to: High performance Languages and Compilers for High Performance Computing, Multicore, Many-core and Multithreaded Architectural Approaches, Parallel and Distributed System Architectures, Parallel and Distributed Software Technologies.

★Call for Special Sessions Proposal★
HP3C 2025 solicits proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide state-of-the-art results of research on novel, challenging, and emerging topics.
The proposals for special sessions should be submitted to the conference secretary. Proceedings of approved special session will be submitted for inclusion to various abstracting and indexing databases.
Invited sessions consist of at least 5 thematically related invited papers. Invited session proposals consist of a brief statement of purpose and extended abstracts of the included invited papers.
Proposals should include the following information:
Title;
Name(s) of organizer(s);
Email of main contact person;
Brief bio(s) of organizer(s);
Brief description;
Related topics;
Potential participants;
A draft of the CFP;
Description of publicity and promotion plan;
